Greeting to all!
As part of my Masters Module for Injection Therapy I am looking at clinical evidence to support the use of insoles and/or orthotics in the conservative management of Morton's neuroma. I realise this information may well be as rare as rocking horse droppings but if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be a massive help. Many thanks.
