    Thats because the Last was designed to fit the "healthy weight adult" The person that is obese, needs to shop where the Last are designed for such feet, Extra depth, extra width.

    l fail to see the point of the article, think of shoes as you would other clothing, the average retail clothing doesnt fit them either, they need to attend a speciality store that stocks those fittings
