    14 months ago I whilst doing gymnastics I landed awkwardly between tumbles( a round off and full twisting somersault) My right ankle rolled over into inversion as I pushed down and Twisted to the right. It was swollen very quickly I was taken to a&e, X-ray showed no breaks however I could not weight bear at all without being reduced to tears. It was about 10 days before I could weight bear but it was still painful.
