    I only post this as its been getting a bit of mileage in social media

    I wonder how much protection they give to standing on land mines

    Belleville make good army boots. Looked at them closely a number of yrs ago as part of a government contract investigating military footwear ... they now offering this minimalist option.

    can u drop kick an enemy in them and put the hurt on them with these lightweight boots my old paraboots were excellent although not mine proof

    Hey Craig, I have been seeing a lot of these lately here, as I see on average 3-5 Canadian Forces members a week. So far I am actually impressed with the make of the boots. They still have a decent amount of soling to offer protection but are significantly lighter than the duty boots they wear when deployed. It makes daily military exercises easier for them and reduces member fatigue. Just my two cents!
