I don't have the full paper - does anyone know how they defined 'normal' and 'flat' arched for the two sample groups?

    Also...

If someone had a value of 81 with this new parameter then how would their foot be described?

The center of pressure is a point and the center of the ankle joint is a point. So, you would have a distance between those points and not an area. I hope those parameters are defined better in the paper than in the abstract.
