Have several clients using a silipos sock, perhaps not the same brand. they have helped with the arthritic clients and prevented breakdown over bony prominences. I tried them my self and found they created to much movement for my liking on my skinny bony feet. Great for diabetics as they don"t feel this sensation. Our cost in purchasing is more than these retail so we may have to reassess our supplier. I am happy to use them but older pts are reluctant to spend "THAT MUCH ON A PAIR OF SOCKS!!"

I have only sold 1 pair in the distant past. I think the patient found them to be too hot to be comfortable. Also they take ages to dry after washing which is an issue if they only have one pair which is a possiblility due to their high cost.
