I got the PNA procedure done three days ago(first time after constant recurring ingrowns). The pain was horrendous that I had to take 3 Tylenol the first day. On the second day it was recommended that I do an Epsom salt bath so midday I went ahead and removed the gauze and saw discoloration like greyish on the side where the phenol was placed.
