    Hi team,

I'm doing some work with a work-place in Melbourne, Australia. They have 150 workers, all walking on a concrete, mainly flat surface for up to 20 km per day we think. The aim is to find out actually how far they travel during a 12 hour shift.

It is within a large warehouse situation, but with some steps being taken around a pellet with crates on it. It is the small step down that seems to be throwing out the pedometer we are using from Sports Medicine Australia (10,000 steps SW-700). The readings we have got are around 36km for one worker and doesn't reflect how hard he worked/far he walked in that day (seemed far too much).

Any ideas of super reliable Pedometers that may allow for sensitivity to be adjusted?

    thanks in advance,

    Gareth

We buy in bulk the cheapest one here for our knee OA study and have had no problemos with it or a previous one we used to use.
