    I have pes cavus feet and thus far experience the following problems -

    - Very poor dorsi flexion, find it difficult to get knee past end of foot and I'm only a size 6 (EU39, US8).
    - Claw toe
    - Morton's Neuroma in right foot

    Now, I can walk fine, albeit with discomfort in right foot due to neuroma and I can run with a very good cushioned shoe but if I land wrongly it hurts in the area of the talus. Subsequently, I trying to improve this with stretching but not having much luck.
