    If the changes go ahead for the new version of GP commissioning this may become a more common situation.

    A GP will decide against some of or all of our activities as he/she will feel they have more important things to pay for.

    Look at all the services that a GP does not provide and consider how those services are provided outside of a GP practice.

    eg Dentistry, Optometry, hearing aids,

    So how will the allied health professions fit into the new world if GP's do not wish to fund provide it.
