This is a small but perfectly formed clinic with a treatment room that has recently been refurbished with a non slip floor, new cupboards and repainting throughout.
The clinic has a solid loyal patient base who like the convenience and parking. Generally most patients book every 6-8 weeks and the appointments are well booked a good 4 weeks ahead with most patients booking at least 2 appointments ahead. It is also in a prime visible location with a busy road outside.
Currently running 3-4 days a week but having to turn new patients away as we can't accommodate. I do mainly basic chiropody with occasional biomechanics and nail surgery, so plenty of scope for not only extra days but new and increased treatments. I believe you could do full time here easily as I get on average 7 new patients a month without advertising but when I have used a local mag have had 15- 20 a month. Currently people are ringing up and can't get in for 3 or more weeks so going elsewhere. There is lots of scope to increase revenue and treatment modalities.
The sale includes the goodwill, patient couch, operators chair, autoclave, sonic cleaner and drill. The waiting area has a desk, phone and an inbuilt patient couch. Heating is via electric heaters.
The rent is £3200 a year and the rates £0 as the clinic is eligible for 100% small business relief.
Overheads are low. Staff are 2 receptionists who may be willing to stay on if needed.
This is a lovely clinic with really lovely patients. I'm only selling because I live 35 miles away and the travelling is now too much with family commitments. Competition is low in the area.
