Opportunity for a private Chiropodist/Podiatrist Practice, South Side of Glasgow (walking distance to Victoria Hospital). Reception/waiting area and one spacious clinical room. Very well established, I have owned for 4 years, and the previous owner 10 years.

At present the practice has 3/4 full days (by choice) with a turnover in excess of £50K. Definitely scope to do more and push advertising, however I have chosen not to, for a work life balance.

It is ready made to walk straight in and start making a great wage and lifestyle, with a lovely, loyal client base.
All the equipment is only a year old and kept in great condition.

I would be happy to stay on and help with a smooth transition.

Books (done by accountant) and bank statements all filed and kept up-to-date and ready to view anytime for peace of mind.
