I have an interview coming up in which I am required to take practical assessment scenario. I have been informed that it includes an unprepared case study scenario which I am asked to go through verbally with the use of flip chart.
Has anyone gone through this in their interview/s before? What exactly is expected? Should I go right back to basics (like in Uni: Definition, clinical signs and symptoms, impact, medication/s, etc.) Or should I just purely focus on clinical aspects (assessments, management plans, etc)? And how much depth is expected for band 5 position?
All comments will be appreciated.
