You will enjoy liaising within a multi-disciplinary team that includes GPs, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Radiographers, Nurses and Pharmacists.

You will be responsible for your own autonomous practice in all-clinical settings and ensure that effective patient/client care is maintained while receiving strong support from Senior Management and Head Office with a dedicated Allied Health Manager and Administration Staff.

This current role is available in the Sydney Region.

The Role:

• Offer a high standard of Podiatry services to patients within named facilities
• Assessment & diagnosis of existing conditions
• Diabetic assessment and review
• Developing and implementing care plans
• Chronic disease and wound care management
• General foot care and nail surgery
• Falls prevention analysis
• Resident interaction and relationship building
• Communicating freely with Nursing, Allied Health and Medical Staff
• Managing documentation requirements.

The successful candidate should:

• Be passionate about what they do
• Be understanding and caring towards their patients
• Have current AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist
• Have sound clinical skills and knowledge
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently
• Excellent case-load management, communication, and customer service skills
• Have at least 2 years relevant experience
• Have excellent communication skills
• Hold a current Driver's licence
• Consent to undergoing an Australian Federal Police Clearance
• Have a passion for working within Aged Care
• A drive to excel, grow and develop in your field.
