    I have bought a large existing private practice with existing associates working there. I am finding a few personality issues. I would be grateful for other Podiatrists advice.

    In what I have observed over the years, these sorts of issues have a huge potential to end badly and often do.

    Suggest you get onto a mentoring program, like PodiatryHive, etc who have access to a lot of resources and people who can either suggest interventions or intervene for you.

    I am aware of a recent case in which the practice owner's business coach intervened to chair a meeting between all staff to get them on the same page and to share the same vision and values
