Was just wondering if anyone has any links or info that I can pass onto a new grad about progress note writing. The podiatrist has been writing outside of their scope (mental health assesment etc), using incorrect terminology as well as writing emotive statements and the residential site is concerned they could come in trouble with validation/government funding.
