Ahoy all, I'm in the process of making a patient some insoles (I'm a student pod). The patient requires a 1st met shaft pad as they are having HAV pain and we want to discourage motion of the 1st.

My Q is.. do I bevel the shaft pad as it is meant to discourage motion or bevel for comfort purposes?

The plan is to make it out of EVA

I'm getting worried as i have these insoles to finish (already completed the cobra pads) and 2 others to manufacture for middle May :craig:

    any help appreciated cheers

To help you think it through I'll ask you a couple of questions. What motion are you trying to limit and why? How does the pad accomplish that "limitation" of motion? Why does the patient hurt? How will limitation of motion reduce pain?
