Why don't (if they don't) footwear manufacturers (running footwear particularly) make footwear with varying drop (pitch) for different sizes so as to ensure the ramp angle is the same no matter what size?

I am watching Ian Griffiths video on 'Running Shoes'.
Did search PA using the term 'ramp' in the keyword in 'Titles', couldn't find any, mark

 

Further should we rather than discuss drop with runners consumers, wouldn't it be more appropriate to discuss the ramp (angle) because that is what they are experiencing, isn't it?
