Does anyone use real time ultrasound machines in their clinics? I am interested in adding this service to my clinic. I would appreciate any thoughts/ reviews of machines.

As opposed to "non-real time" ?

I added an MSK US with power doppler last year. Very useful (and kinda fun to use)
The only downside is that here (not sure where you are) in the USA the reimbursements have dropped substantially. I'm not sure, at present reimbursement rates, that I would have made the investment.
