Hello, everybody! Since a week ago, doing nothing, I experienced a tightening sensation in the lateral arch of my foot that was going away everytime I moved it a little, then it returned when I stoped moving. The sensation wasn't that annoying in the first days, but after that, the thightening sensation started in the region of tibia as well, again the sensation was going away If I moved the foot a little.
