I came across several copies of this book about 20 years ago at a clearance sale. I bought them all, and gave them away to colleagues for their birthdays and at Christmas.
It's the most fascinating, interesting 'pod' book I've ever read.
Thanks for the reminder Cameron....I think I'll have another flick through it!
