Senior Podiatrist/Clinic Manager

The position:
• Offers full time employment, based out of various locations across the Gold Coast.
•Involves working in a team environment collaborating with other allied health staff.
•Providing clients with a wide range of clinical expertise and knowledge in chronic conditions and other co-morbidities that may impact on recovery such as musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic pain and acute injuries.
•Responsible for the growth of the Podiatry department, including clinical skills, learning and development and management of a geographical area within our business for all allied health staff.
•Involves undertaking client assessments, monitoring and the delivery of educational training programs and self-management strategies for clients referred to the service.
•Responsible for business development and growth within the geographical area assigned, including: marketing to doctors and other key contributors to business growth.
The ideal candidate will:
•Be qualified as a Podiatrist with registration with the relevant governing bodies in Australia.
•Have demonstrated high-level skills in Podiatry and chronic disease management.
•Be able to work effectively within a team environment and hold high-level communication skills to plan, implement and evaluate service delivery and provide feedback to management and relevant stakeholders.
•Minimum 2 years experience as a Podiatrist and have the ability to effectively lead a team.
•Demonstrate a proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement in clinical practice and develop ongoing quality improvement activities with other staff.
•Have effective computer literacy in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Power-Point, email etc.

Remuneration
Competitive base salary + bonuses, expenses, phone and profit sharing.
