I am trying to set up a EPC Saturday morning clinic from 9-12pm at a Melbourne CHS and would like an idea of appropriate session costs I will be charged as a private practitioner to use their room and instruments. In line with their not for profit morales I will not be charging any gap.

Can anyone please provide me with some rough price estimates so that I can assess what they want is not too much. What sort of things can you expect for that money too? ie. reception billing?

I work from a GP practice, for a half day with reception cover approx $65.
