Im 57 yo, I broke my 4th & 5th metatarsal 8 weeks ago while mountain biking. Had surgery 6 weeks ago. Both bones were displaced, the 5th was in several pieces. The Dr had to put a plate & 6 screws in both. I have been in a cam boot the whole time and able to walk with it ok. Xray has showed some healing & I've been using a bone growth stim for about a week.
