I am having right medial great toe neuralgia/likely some variant of Joplin neuralgia for 13 years, with a digital branch of the superficial peroneal nerve as the source of the pain. Sensitive to touch the toe pain area and severe needle pain occurs randomly without any touch. I did MRI, CT and X-ray scans but no sign of damage. I had below procedures and no effect on pain.

2. PRP injections
3. Cortisone and Kenalog injections
4. Laser therapy
Took medications like Cymbalta and...
