It is doubtful that any drug will improve diabetic wound healing if the Ischemia limiting the flow of oxgen and nutrients including leukocytes and other factors is not adequately dealt with. Increasing circulation has been shown to increase healing in several studies. More work with circulation assist devices needs to be done. Our company makes one and there is an ad in marketplace for it. Interesingly we are getting more interest from injured athletes for recovery from training and injuries to their legs, knees , ankles and feet.
