    If there was "no case to answer" then I wonder why the HPC ever became involved in the first place? :confused:

    Is it not time that the legal departments of ALL the professional bodies took the HPC to task over this ?


    If the police / CPS found no case to answer why should this registrant be subjected to a witchhunt by the HPC panel ???

    They are setting themselves above the law in a case like this and that cannot be right.

    It would appear we not only need protection from the public but more so from the HPC:mad:
