Every so often I will experience excruciating pain in my left foot (toward the inside of my foot just above the arch). The pain lasts no more than 20 - 30 seconds but when it occurs I can't move my foot even the slightest bit, or else it feels as if all my bones will shatter and break through my skin. After the 20 - 30 seconds there might be some slight, dull pain for a minute or so, but now my foot will be fully functional, as if nothing happened. This used to occur maybe every month or...
