Findings: The Cuernavaca study promotes a high level of confidence that plantar stimulation alters tonicity patterns in the Primus Metatarsus Supinatus (Rothbarts ) foot. These shift in tonicity patterns, move the foot toward homeostasis and may prove to be a useful tool for predicting tactile therapy outcomes.
