    Thats a neat study! ... wish I had thought of doing it!

    Its always been an issue:
    * if you have a foot 'at risk' and have a 'diabetes' label attached to you, then you get all these services made available to you.
    * if you have a foot 'at risk' and don't have a 'diabetes' label attached to you, then you have a less of a chance of getting services provided
    ....don't figure!

    (I am sure we have discussed this before, but I can not find the thread)
