Why must you create a new term, that is non descriptive of the action, stick with the correct term that is descriptive and has been around for centuries.

To that point they refer to the front of the heel as "Front of heel" is actually the "Breast of heel"
Or this classic describing a Goodyear welt construction, the upper is not stitched to the sole at all.
A welt is stitched to the upper to the ribbed insole, the welt is in turn stitched to the sole.
