    Good comment/observation, do we really know ourselves very well, and/or do we actually want to?
    Arm in arm with this goes the ambition/ability balance, very few people have this in equilibrium, you only have to watch any episode of "the apprentice" to realise the dangers of an imbalance, unfortunately this also applies to many of our elected leaders!
