I have a 35 year old patient with an unusually severe case of Grave's Dermopathy.
She has had two previous attempts at removal; one sharp dissection down to Sub Q tissue followed by skin graft. The other via laser eradication.
    Both failed.
Pictured here is only her right foot. The left appears similar.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Biopsy results?? Assuming benign...radical resection/debulking and skin grafting. Although off-label, I would talk w/radiation oncology and consider a 1-2x tx w/low dose radiation may be helpful to help prevent recurrence. This is one of the most unusual lesions and I am assuming a literature review came up empty.
