I have a unique practice, in that, I see patients in their homes, in my homes/offices (in 2 locations), and part-time at an Urgent Care. I have 1 employee, my wife, that I have trained as a podiatric assistant. With minimal advertising, the practice has "taken off."

The kids are grown and I sold my 2 offices in Arizona; a very busy practice after 25 years!
The Positives:
I have cut my overhead 30-40%.
I am not tied-down to specific times at the office.
I do not have employee hassles, such as, illness, health insurance, salary disputes, retirement plan qualifications, etc....
I fax all insurances and patient info to my billing company.
Sound good? It is for the right person. With "Obama Care" on its way, it might be right for you!
