I'm conducting an online survey for Australian based podiatrists. The purpose of this survey to contribute:

1. to superior service provision to the Australian podiatry industry.
2. to the completion of a post-graduate MBA project.

The survey is on foot orthotic needs, selection, prescription and use by Australian podiatrists.
