I am looking at possibly taking over a part time Podiatry business based within a Chiropractic and Massage business. Would be operating as own business renting the room on a sessional morning or afternoon basis. Parramatta area. What is the going half/full day rate including full reception and billing support?

I have been quoted a sliding scale which will start lower and over 12 months increase to aid me taking over the existing business where some clients have dropped off due to not having any transition period from one Pod wanting to sell and leave and a new one starting. I am trying to iron out a few things I am not 100% happy with (including an initial 2 year lease). I have been offered the room at a rate which will go up to $135 half day plus GST or $238 plus GST for a full day. I have previously paid $150 and 160 plus GST for a full day elsewhere.
