Campbelltown Revisited

    Possibly not, but it's a start. Speaking from personal experience it's growing up in the area, being offered a University place & scholarships to make it financially possible that will help most. There's still a major cost involved in going to Uni, so even the smartest kids in poor areas may not make it. Then there's the "appeal" (?) of living in a metropolitan area & the big $$ earned to contend with.
