There is a useful article just posted on Podiatry Business Central covering options and pros and cons of the different business models for podiatry practices and factors to consider in deciding whether to buy an existing business or build a new one from scratch. It's written for the UK market, but many of the principles would apply in other territories. I can't post links here but you should be able to find Podiatry Business Central through Google.
