    My practice management office has had recent problems with Medicaid denying payment for diabetes Dx, when they have previously paid for the same codes with few or no problems. Has there been a major shift in Mediciad policy regarding treatment of diabetic patients in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities that is hard to find out about? Thanks!
