Are you interested in my engaging job in Podiatry Biomechanics Sales?

Working as part of the sales function as a clinical expert in biomechanics I joined a great company to be their Northern area business development executive selling and advising on materials and a wide range of special insoles to NHS Podiatry departments in the North of England and Scotland. I am very well rewarded for my hard work at Algeos but I will be leaving them in June to return to clinical work in Rochdale. I am eager to leave my friends at Algeos with the best possible candidate so if you think you can fill my shoes keep reading and give me a call if you have any questions. Alternatively, please call George Jones, Managing Director on 0151 4448 1228 or email george.jones@algeos.com

My role involved arranging meetings to review the needs and priorities of Trusts and was able to suggest different approaches to the service or products, which improved throughput of patients, budget spends and reduction in waiting lists. Essentially highlighting and providing solutions to podiatry departments needs and issues. Further aspects of the role were:

    • To consolidate Trust stock holdings and improve ordering processes.
    • To maximise cost savings to Trusts.
    • Advise on design of orthotic labs and recommend machinery.
    • To train routine Staff with the aim of building confidence and competence in biomechanics.
    • To create total solutions for orthotic provision care pathways.
    • Offered training to NHS Trusts for technicians in manufacturing orthotic devices, casting and cast preparation; podiatrists in basic biomechanics, theory, manufacture of chairside solutions, casting and clinical application of all Algeos products.

This role is ideally suited to podiatrists working at Band 6/Band 7 level in the NHS that are interested in a new and exciting challenge. The salary was very competitive and sales targets substantially enhanced my salary. My route to achieving these was by education and strong relationship building. Other benefits are also offered included a company car. If you have any questions feel free to call me on 07515 991 657, or email neville.parker@algeos.com

    Thank you

    Neville
