The last room is set up to be potentially another podiatry consultation room or any other service. The rent alone can cover more than half the expenses of running the practice. The sale also includes 2 contracts which allow you to work onsite in other locations:-
- Sub-contractor to a well-established podiatry in the Northern Beaches 2 days per week.
Usually see 18-22 patients in a day, pay 50% of the billings. Has potential to make up to $60,000 annually
