    Hi

i was just enquiring about how you would go about becoming a sub contractor practitioner in order to satisfy the ATO. Is this a common occurrence for podiatrists?

What sort of things would need to be in the work contract that would ensure you are in fact a sub contractor not an employee, as just using an abn no. is not all that is needed.
    Any experiences would be helpful?
I was curious about doing this in the future under the right circumstances as i know it comes with disadvantages and advantages.

    Thanks
