    Are you a caring and professional podiatrist looking for a flexible opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others? Infinite Podiatry is seeking a friendly and compassionate podiatrist who really understands the value of a general treatment to join our team on a casual/contract basis.
    Position: Podiatrist
    Location: Flexible (Clinic within a Retirement Village & Podiatry Clinic) in and around the Carlingford and Epping areas.
    Hours: 1-2 days per week
    Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional podiatric care to patients within a retirement village clinic setting (with the minority of residents being seen in their rooms) and other patients from the general public in a private podiatry clinic environment.
    • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of foot and lower limb conditions.
    • Offer personalised care plans tailored to each patient's needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
    • Educate patients on preventive foot care measures and promote overall foot health.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    • Work with a pedorthist in providing the ultimate foot comfort via total contact orthoses and medical grade footwear where required.
    • Keep up to date notes and write reports to GPs.
    Requirements:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Prior experience working with elderly patients preferred but not required.
    • A podiatrist that really understands that a general treatment is central to what we do and how we can provide further benefits to a patient by doing a great job.
    • Understand the responsibility of keeping clinical notes and GP reports up to date for appropriate multi-disciplinary care.
