    Hello,

I am a UK Podiatrist with about 1 years experience of private practice and now wanted to broaden my clinical experience, I was looking to move to Australia early next year. I am seeking full time employment and preferably in a hospital setting working with high risk diabetic patients. As I am moving from the UK I would need to be 100% secure in employment and a residence before moving.

Any advice or tips from people who have been through this would be useful.

    Many thanks

Talk to the guys at Liverpool Hospital - they are the Southern Hemisphere benchmark in diabetic feet. Last I heard Luke Taylor was the boss. Rob

  3. Hi there

Where in Australia are you looking to relocate?

Which visa are you looking at coming over on?

If you are interested in working within the aged care industry, where you would also be exposed to diabetic patients/residents, it may be worth taking a look at Wellness & Lifestyles Australia - www.wellnesslifestyles.com.au - a provider of mobile allied health professionals to aged care facilities.

    All the best.

    Rachel

  4. Hi,

Our agency can assist you with roles as we have clients on our database looking for Podiatrists. Clients we have are Australia wide, have you thought of what location/state interests you?

Our clients are happy to sponsor overseas podiatrists on the 457 visa, as long as you are registered with AHPRA.

Please have a look at roles available on our website http://www.ameliashealthcare.com.au

Send me your CV to jobs@ameliashealthcare.com.au to move forward.

    Thank you.

    Amelias Healthcare Team.
