I probably shouldn`t post this here….but y`know what? I give a little so a little back would be nice.

I have decided to pursue my interest in podiatric dermatology by undertaking further research, which requires me to sell my clinic.

The ten-year lease has just been renewed and I had the practice independently valued at £72, 643 – although I am open to offers in the region of £55K. The practice was established in 2003 with an annual turnover of approximately £70K, which is increasing at an alarming rate (the whole world and his/her wife want to live in Winchester, it seems) with scope for further growth. The unit is situated within a parade of shops and offers free parking, is opposite a GP practice, chemist and busy retail area.

Currently, the clinic is a one-chair practice, but there is room to change it to a two-chair clinic and I can send floor plans demonstrating both.

Please feel free to ask if you require any further details. No tyre kickers, please.

    Hi Blinda,

I saw your announcement on FB, but this seems a more appropriate place to comment (no - I don't want to buy!).
From what I read you are doing the right thing, and I warmly applaud you for it. If I can be of any assistance whatsoever, give me a shout.

Oh - and best of luck with the sale!

    Best wishes,

    David

Thank you, David. That is very kind of you. The sale is going through (hopefully) and I will take you up on your offer as I'm sure I would benefit from your experience.

    Cheers
