    Mizuno Corporation is a Japanese owned sports manufacturer and one of the largest sporting goods companies worldwide. The guiding philosophy behind our products is quality, design and technical performance.
    A rare opportunity has come about within our Queensland sales team for a Technical Sales Specialist for our Queensland and S.A territories. This position provides variety and a diverse list of duties - if you have the ability to work independently while also demonstrating good communication and team skills, are self-motivated and have a strong attention to detail, then this could be the role for you.
    Key responsibilities include achieving the sales, order, margin, distribution and merchandising objectives in line with the company's expectations. In addition provide education and leadership to customers and medical professionals regarding Mizuno's Technical running products.
    Some of the Key tasks include:
    • Ensure area sales and margin targets are achieved on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis through professional area sales management;
    • Merchandise the brand prominently in accounts to maximise brand awareness and sell through;
    • Provide a training resource for Mizuno staff and our retail partners;
    • Develop and manage a brand ambassador database; manage our ambassadors within an allotted budget;
    • Visit local clinicians to update them on product information; organise National and State podiatry conferences;
    • Attend and represent the brand appropriately at exhibitions and events as required;
    • Represent Mizuno at Squad Training sessions, offer guidance and professional advice to Squad athletes.
    Please note only candidates with a university qualification in Podiatry, Physiotherapy or Human Movement related degrees will be considered.
