I am after some advice as finding it difficult to find a room suitable to work from.
I have looked at lots of rooms/units in various places near me but the ideal ones have either never come off (chased landlord, left number so many times) with one recently which would have been ideal but am just getting no where. I need somewhere ground floor, easy access, reasonable rent etc. My back is suffering (one prolapse already) and my work is all doms but I really need a better set up. I already have all the equipment for a clinic in log cabin in garden which has power and insulation but can't get my head around using it as I don't feel it's professional. I have had a few long standing clients come and try it out and they think it is lovely. One lady said this is so much nicer than that dirty looking clinic you worked in (private clinic years ago).
It also has not the best access..you have to park at back and walk through garage block to get to my back garden.
Has anybody got any advice please? Also one other problem is that I have racked up quite a bit of debt (long story) so am caught between working hard to clear this and not working too hard that my back and health give out completely!
