    Hi everyone,

I've been a lurker for a while now, and this is my first post. I've just started a new job, as an ESP Podiatrist. I'm the only Podiatrist in a new orthopaedic triage/assessment service (the other ESPs are physios), and am in fact the only Podiatrist in the trust!

Although the ESPs are lovely and I feel that I am in a supportive team (out of the 6 of us another 2 are new to this sort of role, and the orthopod I'm being "mentored" by is one of the nicest I've met) I was hoping that there were some Pods doing a similar kinda thing, just to say hello and share some experiences.
