    Hey everyone,

    New to the forum but thought it was worthwhile asking the question, see if anyone has any suggestions.

    Recently when I've been running I've had pain in the arch of my foot and feel like I have to run on the sides of my foot (I know that sounds odd, but it's more comfortable). It doesn't stop me running completely so it's not unbearable but I don't feel like I should force it. It doesn't really seem to happen when walking.

    Any advice appreciated
