I have gone through all the steps and will make some changes.

 

The video sounds to me like a sales pitch for physiotherapists or physical therapists to make money on unsuspecting runners who think they are running "improperly". Where's the evidence???

 

Of course its a sales pitch and Topo have hung their hat on it; but in the midst of all the propaganda and rhetoric that has been said about this topic in the last 5 or so yrs, this is not too bad and I did actually found it useful.
